As our community, the nation, and people worldwide battle the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we at Arrow Auto are working diligently to ensure your safety and your health when you bring your vehicle in for automotive maintenance, sales or for our top quality tire services.
We are open so that you and your family can continue to maintain your vehicles during this challenging time. We have decided to put physical interactions to a minimum. As such here are our new protocols to keep everyone safe:
– Book your appointment online www.arrowauto.ca / phone (519-850-7486) or send us an email at contact@arrowauto.ca
-Drop off your vehicle in our parking lot and put the keys through the exhaust port in the front garage bay door. We will sanitize all keys that are dropped off to ensure your safety.
-Once the repairs are done, we will get in touch with you via phone and/or email to coordinate next steps such as pick up instructions or next steps.
– We will be accepting e-transfers, debit or credit payments. At this point, we will no longer be accepting cash payments.
– THOUGH OUR FRONT DOORS WILL BE LOCKED, at this point, we are open, but we are reducing our operating hours until further notice ; Please call or email to book your appointment between these hours Monday to Friday : 9 am to 4 pm ( Saturday and Sunday : Closed)
– With that being said, we are flexible in setting up appointments outside of those hours. Please email contact@arrowauto.ca or call 519-850-7486 and we will try our best to accommodate your requested times. Even though our office is closed, clients can always see our vehicles for sale on our lot outside of business hours.
– All clients must wear gloves before test-driving any vehicle which we will provide.
– All vehicles are sanitized before and after test drives
– To help our customers that may need financing for auto repairs during this challenging time (tires , wheels, maintenance), we do offer : 100 days no payments , no credit needed , 100 days no payments , & sign and drive. You can apply here https://www.arrowauto.ca/financing/
For an even safer environment we ask you to kindly sanitize any surfaces on the car you may have come in contact with and we will do the same before returning the car to you. Moving forward we would also prefer that you do not wait for your vehicle in the waiting area.
Additionally, if you are feeling unwell or have been out of the country in the past 14-days, we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting us in-person.
